Eddddddddd Might Be Right....
Postcards just aren't as fun as a fat envelope of surprises! Not that postcards SUCK exactly, but there's something completely magical about those wild envelopes with goodies inside. But I'd happily take a postcard or two over an empty mailbox anytime...

I like getting post card'zZ too... But like you say, envelopes full'a goodies are much more fun. I've even sent out a few post cards over the years... but always with a "Post Card'zZ Suck" sticker or carving print on board!
My "post card'zZ suck" campaign all started in jest and goo mailart humor. It's fun to see the reactions I get from those sticker'z and carving'z I made... ex-specially frum Rudi (tee hee...)
I love postcards too. The only kind of mail art I don't like very much is the stuff thats taken 2 seconds to make.
